I teach at a Title I High School. Generally, most students come from broken homes, single parent homes or stressful living conditions when they are away from campus. Our school is almost 90% Free And Reduced Lunch, meaning students are from low-income families and function on a tight budget. The students, however, are extremely bright and yearn to learn different things in the classroom. They come to school for education and love and receive both.
