Hello Wonderful Culinary Supporters!! I'm a Culinary Arts and Hospitality/Tourism educator in Northen California. I would like to inspire my students and the community about the "art of customer service" within the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. I would like to provide my students with project based learning supplies to help bridge the gap between high school, college and career. Besides books on customer service and theory, I would also like technology in the classroom. Such as a class set of chrome books, so students can research recipes and projects. My ultimate goal is to ensure that all of my students are employable. Please help me my making this happen for my students. Thank you so much in advance!!!!
