These materials will help me build a sensory-friendly setting for students when they are in need to a space to calm down during their school day. Light covers and soft seating will help students reset their brains and return to their classroom ready to learn. Fidget tools will be provided to learners to help keep their minds and bodies focused and ready to learn. This project will help students across grade levels to meet their social and emotional learning goals this school year. By creating a calm down space in our school and providing students with tools to keep focused, we are setting our students up for success.

About my class
