Here in our Family & Consumer Science Classroom we are excited to learn the basics for taking care of ourselves and a home. We sew, cook, and learn child/personal development and money management and basic economics. We strive to be our best and do our best! We have a fantastic kitchen, yet some of our cookware needs updating. I also work to maintain our school store. Students at our middle school earn Cougar Cash for being everyday awesome learners and by going above and beyond in the classroom and hallways. Students earn Cougar Cash for being prepared, doing excellent classwork, helping out classmates, and so much more. They can spend this money at our school store on school supplies, sports equipment, art supplies, brain puzzles, snacks and school gear. Many of our students do not have extra money at home to buy nice items, and they are highly motivated by our school store.
