As we "dive" into the enVisionmath 2.0 program, the iPad will allow the students and me to remotely control online resources such as interactive examples, video tutorials, and math tools via the SMARTBoard from anywhere in the classroom. My students will benefit from using the iPad to seamlessly interact with the math and technology components of the enVision Mathematics program - a critical piece of the learning process.
During whole-class instruction time, I can circulate the class groups and attend to student needs while still utilizing the SMARTBoard and displaying student-led work to the whole class via the iPad. This type of technology integration helps each student get the individualized attention they need while still providing instruction to the whole class. It's a win-win scenario to meet the needs of a diverse group of learners!
