This project includes a class set of microbits. Microbits are pocket-size computers that provide for an engaging coding experience. These tiny computers are plug and play. The interface is easy to use. Students at any proficiency level would feel comfortable using them. Student learn to code and program additional items such as servos. The possibilities are endless. In addition, the project includes a number of print books on coding. Our library needs updated technology books that deal with current coding programs. I have chosen titles that are of high interest and are relevant to the STEAM program we will be running.
