Welcome! I am the Special Education teacher at Adventure Elementary in the Mapleton School District. I primarily serve students on Individualized Education Plans and those in Tier 3 literacy interventions. I love my job because it allows me to celebrate the successes with students who struggle to read, but eventually find their "sweet spot" and gain the necessary confidence to become self-directed learners.
