In our Transition Class, students gain the confidence and independence they need to thrive in everyday life. They practice real-world skills like shopping for groceries, navigating the community, cooking simple meals, staying active through health and fitness, and enjoying recreational activities. Students also take part in meaningful work experiences within the community, where they learn responsibility, teamwork, and job readiness. Through these opportunities, students discover their strengths, explore new interests, and experience all the great things life has to offer them.
