My students have a great heart and I try my best to be nurturing and educating them with the best of my ability and resources. With the surge of advance technology today, there are so many different ways to teach and learn, especially with access to Internet, but I have students who do not have access on a daily basis. They are limited to text and paper and they are at a disadvantage when it comes to receiving the same quality education. Almost half of our school population is on the Free/Reduced lunch program. Although this might consist of a financial limitation, I do not want them to be limited in my classroom. I want all my students to be exposed to the best education possible and have the same access to a basic math material such as a calculator as someone sitting next to them.
