My students love to sing and dance. I have a large collection of music that reinforces concepts like math, storytelling, and spelling. Some promote movement and exercise. On top of designated times to sing in the morning and before school ends, I allow my students time to sing and dance outside in our play area whenever they need movement or want to really exercise their lungs. We need one portable speaker and some earphones so that we can use it when going outside or staying indoors. There are songs that promote exercise and movement, and we therefore need to have a speaker that can be easily moved from one place to another.
