The students at my school are predominantly African American and Hispanic with varying levels of English proficiency. Most come from a low socioeconomic status, if not poverty. My role is to push in to classrooms and work with students that are learning English as a second language. Each classroom along with my small groups follow a blended learning model with data driven instruction, student led collaboration and technology integration with 1-1 technology.
