My students are the light of my day. Their thirst for knowledge and curiosity is a blessing. All of my students are English language learners, even if they come from a home where English is spoken. My students are in Transitional-Kinder and for most of them, this is their first experience with school. They need a literature rich environment to foster their learning while they acquire language at the same time. We are a Title 1 school, with approximately 84% SED.
