The basic school supplies listed in my project will help students be successful throughout the school year. I would hate for my students to fall behind or be stressed over the necessity of school supplies. If we are learning from home, I would love to make packs for each student to have the basic school supplies that they will need to complete the required work from any one of their teachers. Preparing my students for future success is extremely important to me. Not many may think of the basic school supplies as a major factor in a student’s success story, but it definitely does play a role, especially for students that come from disadvantaged families like many of our families do. Along with helping my students be successful via providing them with basic school supplies, some of these supplies will help prepare my very first classroom as this will be my first year of teaching!
