The orchestra at my school consists of two orchestras, an honors level that performs professional level orchestra music and a concert orchestra designed to develop student ability to one day perform in the higher level class. These ensembles regularly perform in public and have given side-by-side concerts with a local university These classes consist of students in grades 9-12 and are placed in classes by ability and level.
