As I enter my 15th year teaching I am challenged once again with a new school and curriculum. I am excited to teach sixth grade social studies in a middle school setting. My students come to me from all over our city with different academic and economic needs. I hope to build a learning community where all my students feel welcome to take chances and learn new things.
