I borrow a teacher's room for my gifted pullout so I haul what I need each day back and forth. I do keep their response journals and 2 boxes of books on a table in the back of the room. The room isn't what is important.
My students are amazing! The always come to class excited, curious and full of wonder. They are willing to try anything I ask of them. One area that they really like is socratic seminars. I just want to provide an environment that promotes problem solving, critical thinking, and a desire to always be learning something new.
