The fiction books that I am requesting for our classroom are specifically leveled for the reading levels in my classroom. They will use these books during our reading partnerships and private reading time. They are also often used in our writing units as mentor texts. These books will help my students have access to a variety of authors which will entice them to read more, which will help enhance their reading skills.
