Throughout the day, I see 150+ middle schoolers as an elective class. Each class is a mixture of 6, 7, and 8th graders, each taking a different class. ((Technology-6th graders;
Career Investigation-7th graders; College/Career Readiness-8th graders))
My classroom is paperless and uses Google Classroom as the central hub for assignments and information. If students miss my class, they can rewatch my videos and get their work done easily without having to wait for me to instruct them on what they missed. I also give ongoing feedback to them as they work on a project digitally since all work is attached to the Google Classroom assignment.
My classroom runs on professionalism. Students learn how to be respectful and responsible in a workplace setting. Constructive criticism is given for opportunities for students to improve and correct decisions.
