I am a Kindergarten Teacher who believes that students learn best when they are excited, engaged, and exploring. I believe in integrating technology to create this excitement, and give them 21st century tools to better prepare them for the changing needs of tomorrow.
I believe that technology in a classroom is to be used in specific ways to increase student learning, and not simply as entertainment. Problem-solving and perseverance are two areas where this technology can help the most. I am continually amazed at what my Kindergartens can create using the iPads in my classroom.
