Scientific language can be daunting for ANYONE let alone anyone new to speaking English.My aim is to breakdown scientific concepts using visuals and handheld resources to make science accessible to ALL of my students. The Newton's Cradle and Solar Models effectively allow students to see up close the concepts I teach them without having to rely on taking them out to space. (How do I add that trip to this website???) My students deserve access to the same educational opportunities as any other student in any other community. Should I have access to the moon and stars I will package them all with a bow and hope to deliver them every day in a meaningful way.
