My students are amazing, eager, and insightful learners. They love to learn and share what they're learning about. Some of my kids come from less stable households and face the struggles that can come with being a title one school. Poverty creates an environment where students can suffer from not only the visible deficits like not having a stable place to call home, enough food to eat, or the materials required to be successful doing homework; to things like emotional instability, experiencing chronic stress, or even a possible cognitive lag. In spite of these risk factors my students are thriving in class. They love coming to school and always put forth their best attitude and effort! I am hoping you can help my class in your donation.
