I have a wonderful group of students who have a rich heritage in music. Although they show promising potential and creativity, they don't always have the resources or money to obtain the tools needed to develop their talent. Many students have to keep steady part time jobs just to help pay family bills. They maintain good grades while balancing family responsibilities, leaving little time or money to spend on other opportunities.
