My students currently do not have a place they can go to be able to enjoy some of their favorite books on tape or CD. They are four and five years of age and are just being introduced to the joys of reading! This area will be some place they can go to relax with a good book and a good friend. I want them to be able to fall in love with books and help them to foster a joy of reading early on in their school lives. This listening center will be a perfect addition to our room!
