My students are currently learning from home and have been doing their best to stay engaged, all while caring for siblings, dealing with COVID-related deaths of their family members, and healing from COVID themselves.
I would like to provide them with tools that can help them make informed and educated decisions about their finances and help them set financial goals. A little guidance can go a long way. They are truly resilient, and as their teacher I hope to teach them in ways that will help them throughout their entire lives.
That is why I am asking for a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card to purchase curriculum that is current and relevant to their lives. I would like to give them invaluable lessons on financial literacy and economics that they can use as they decide what to do after high school.
