They will be in charge of taking care of their equipment and setting it up safely in a fun and inclusive environment.They will take ownership of their fitness by creating challenging courses in small groups. They will learn how to compete in a positive way and reap the benefits of a job well done. Students will learn about spatial awareness and taking turns. Hopefully, this will help the students learn to love fitness and see the value of exercise and teamwork.
