I believe it is important for students to explore and play during their day. These games and activities would allow students to have some choices on activities that they could do individually, with a partner or small group. The games and activities would be used as an extension to what they are learning in class. Games are a great resource to teach students skills in a different way. They will learn to cooperate with one another, problem solve, build and learn while having fun. The possibilities are endless when students are given the freedom to choose activities that are of hight interest to them.
