My students come from many different backgrounds. We have some students that have been exposed to the arts all their lives, and many others that have never held a paintbrush. Coming to art class they are eager to learn, they value the opportunity to try new things and create projects they can be proud of. I watch their confidence grow everyday as they surprise even themselves with their abilities. While many of my students struggle in academics, art gives them an opportunity to shine, building them up to be more successful in all other aspects of their learning.
About my class
