More than a third of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education.
Having tripods will allow my students to feel successful with their projects. Trying to take action shots, or trying to get a blurred effect in a photograph takes a tripod. Without tripods, it is difficult to stand still long enough to get the photo you want using the different settings.
I want my students to learn about photography and as Art form and to feel inspired to create and find a way to express themselves.
I want them to learn the significance photography plays in our history, our day-to-day lives, how to capture special moments, how it can inspire others, and the creative side.
