I teach International & Gourmet Foods at an urban high school! With cross-curricula applications in math, applied sciences, STEAM, agriculture, the environment, career skills and exploration, and community service we have it all!!!

We have the space to build a garden and I want to go for it! I have farmers and agricultural experts ready to willing to help my students build an herb and vegetable garden from which we can make our own food! The cycle of learning - planning/design, implementation, creation, reflection, and follow-up are all highlighted!
