I teach two fifth grade classes social studies and reading with approximately 30 students in each. My classes are mixed ability. I have special education students, gifted and talented learners, ESOL students(English Speakers of Other Languages), as well as 15-20 high achieving reading students who push into my classroom daily for enrichment. Despite the many challenges they face, my students are so full of life and it is my goal to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
