I teach a classroom of 31 bright and curious 3rd-grade students in a rural Northern California community. My students are eager to explore, ask questions, and share their ideas, but many benefit from extra support to focus and self-regulate during the school day. They thrive in hands-on, interactive learning environments where they can move, explore, and engage their senses. Our classroom is a tight-knit, caring community where every student’s growth and well-being matters. With the right tools and supports, they are capable of amazing learning and personal growth.
