In STEM, students learn how to compete in the 21st century by learning key skills in today’s world. They will learn skills by completing projects involving science, technology, engineering, and math!
The LEGO Mindstorm robots are high-quality projects that allow students to use their imagination, while learning and using these important STEM skills!
These robots are used in classrooms in elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the country! There are a variety of projects that students can complete using these robots. They get to build the robots and use their knowledge of coding to have the robots complete a variety of tasks! The MINDSTORM set comes with building instructions for 17 awesome LEGO robotic designs (find them all online) – a humanoid robot, a shooting scorpion, a slithering snake, a forklift, a race track, an electric guitar, a walking dinosaur and many more!
Having 4 of these kits would mean our school and its students could compete with robotic stem challenges in the classroom and in STEM club. There is a multitude of ways to use these kits and giving the gift of robotics to our school would allow students to open their imagination, build creations, and learn to code. I cannot wait to see what students will create and learn with these kits.
