I often wonder if there is every an easy way to describe a classroom. My classroom is a class of 21 with 8 boys and 13 girls. My students are unbelievably loving and kind. My students have such a contagious excitement for learning and discovering new and exciting information. My students strive everyday to make our classroom more than just a simple classroom, they make our classroom a second home. In our classroom we are making the change from a teacher centered classroom to a student centered class. It is wonderful to see my students taking ownership of their learning. I know l that my students understand the importance of their education and my students do what is needed to ensure our classroom is a place that learning can successfully take place. When I think of my students I don't think of them as just any other kid I see them as my family. They have undeniably have a special place in my heart.
