I teach a total of 200 6th and 7th grade students in a low income urban school district. My students are extremely bright and some of them have even mentioned looking forward to careers in medicine, architecture, veterinary, and engineering fields. The school is an expeditionary learning school and is known for being a leader in the district when it comes to teaching and learning.
