We are in a rural area where a large majority of our students are from low socio-economic backgrounds. Many do not feel that they are academically equal to their larger city counterparts. Our school goes above and beyond to find ways to allow our students to learn they are just as smart and capable as students in larger schools with more electives and extracurricular activities.
