As student learn in science class they will need headphones for interactive lessons and activities. With a class set of headphones, everyone will be able to be fully engaged with the science content. Students need disruption free sound to have assistance software read scientific articles aloud to them, watch inspiring clips on science phenomena, manipulate online simulations and explore online virtual labs.
Since every student is unique, they need the freedom to work individually at their own pace. Headphones will give students that disruption free opportunity to explore scientific concepts at a speed that is correct for them. They can hit pause, rewind, and replay as often as needed. Students can build the confidence to rely on their own skills, and find knowledge on their own, as they work independently before bringing what they discovered to their teammates for later group activities and discussion.
