Mr. Palmer does his very best to be the teacher he wish he would have had. With a strong foundation of fundamental skills and a rich connection with 21st century skills, the 4th graders in room 406 plan to tackle any challenge that comes their way with a positive attitude, an open mind, and focus on the greater good of our wonderful community.
