Our students are some of the best kids on campus. They are dedicated and loyal and are the life blood of the school. The football team, the basketball team, the student government all agree that we provide the soundtrack to our school. From the fight songs at pep rallies, to the Alma mater at graduation, the band is what everyone at the school has come to expect.
Our school is not in the best area, but we take a lot of pride in our community. The band members know that they are the ambassadors not only of our school, but our community as well.
They provide community services at many of our city's events including Memorial and Veteran's Day performances for our honored servicemen and women and performing Christmas carols every December 24th for less fortunate families at an annual breakfast the city holds.
Lately, equipment is starting to fail and is just worn out. This would be a great way to help the program.
