In my classroom, you’ll find a beautiful mix of curious minds and big hearts—students ranging from preschool to 5th grade, each with their own unique story. Many of my students have special needs, including Autism and Down syndrome, and each day is a journey of learning, growing, and celebrating every small victory.
A large number of my students are non-verbal and rely on AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices to share their thoughts, needs, and excitement with the world.
I’m passionate about creating a classroom that feels like a second home: a safe, welcoming space where every child can feel seen, valued, and empowered. Whether it’s through sensory-friendly tools, communication supports, or simple comfort items, my goal is to provide each student with what they need to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
