Our elementary school is a public, Title One school in Florence. Six hundred ninety-three students attend our school and identify primarily as White, non-Hispanic; Black, non-Hispanic; and Asian/Pacific Islander. Forty-eight percent of the students pay reduced lunch prices. Our students have varying needs and are a diverse group of learners. The dedicated staff of our school, together with a supportive community, is committed to providing an innovative, standards-based curriculum that promotes social and academic growth designed to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens of the 21st century. We strive to give our students opportunities and experiences in the arts that will help them become creative, innovative, and critical thinkers.
