My students are from a K-5 public elementary school in a highly diverse urban setting. Approximately 68% of the students are English Language Learners, and 75% of the students qualify for free or reduced lunch.
Generally, the students and their families place a high value on education and good work ethic. Although we receive Title I funding, the students and staff make do with the limited resources we have.
