I have 28 bouncing and rolling fifth graders (we have yoga ball chairs!). They are a creative bunch who love to share ideas and build upon each other's thoughts. They enjoy moving around the room to do activities and love working in teams to create a finished product. They enjoy the sense of freedom that I feel will prepare them for middle school, but I still can nurture their learning.
