Welcome to the Tafolla Toro Band Program! After 14 years of this band program being on the ground, we have managed to turn it around these past two years. It has been an ongoing struggle due to lack of supplies, resources and equipment for the band to function at its fullest. The band earned their first Sweepstakes Award for the program last year, which hasn't been accomplished in over 14 years. We want to keep these students succeeding as musicians, so we are asking for your help to be able to get them what they need to be successful. We are in need of mouthpieces (clarinet/bass clarinet, alto sax/tenor sax/bari-sax, trumpet, french horn, trombone, baritone, tuba), reeds (clarinet/bass clarinet, alto sax/tenor sax/bari-sax) and cleaning supplies for all the instruments listed above. We are asking for help in this area, so we can have all students on their own mouthpieces to avoid any health concerns.
