Wow, thank you for viewing my project page! There are hundreds of projects of which could use your support, including mine. Whether you choose to donate to my project or another, your generosity is appreciated by teachers and students everywhere. I teach at Bellamy Elementary School in Rome, NY which is named after Francis Bellamy, the very man who wrote the Pledge of Allegiance. The Pledge was published in 1892 in an effort to promote the School House Flag Movement which sought to put a flag in every classroom. Placing a flag in each classroom is as American as giving each and every child access to education. Will you help me to reach each of my students with a place to settle in with a good book and a friend? Thank you for your time!
