The 5th grade students in my class are motivated to learn, especially when they can show their knowledge using technology! They love watching math videos and practicing any new skill or concept online.
My school is in Northern California in an old farm town that has boomed into a city. We have an active parent group and a supportive community as well. Unfortunately, our school district is quite behind in technology. With this grant, my students would have opportunity to make academic gains with technology.
