My students attend a pre-K through 8th grade, Title I school located on an urban southern California campus. Our classroom community consists of a wide variety of ethnic groups including Filipinos, Hispanics, African Americans, Samoans, and Caucasians. Half of my 30 students have been identified as Gifted in either Math or Language Arts. The remainder range from high achievers to somewhat below grade level. All members of the class are eager to learn and maximize their god-given abilities. Our school philosophy is to provide a highly nurturing environment while maintaining the highest expectations for ALL of our students.
