Hi everyone! I have the distinct pleasure of teaching students from 9-12 at Paul Laurence Dunbar. I teach Spanish I - III and it's fabulous! My students are intelligent, determined, out spoken, and even a little rambunctious. In my classroom, we learn a ton about Spanish, while having some fun, and push ourselves to operate with purpose. Almost all my students will be first generation college students. They know education is empowerment and they're eager to be successful in high school. Dunbar has many excellent partnerships that provide resources and services. But there are things educators lack, like departmental budgets that can offset the cost of supplies and curriculum materials. My hope is you will help me provide my students with a quality education.
