The large majority of my students are limited English speaking, English Language Learners, receive resource services, or are dyslexic. About 70% are socioeconomically disadvantaged so getting supplies for school is not easy. They all have think win-win attitudes and do their personal best to contribute to our classroom community.
Our district is not 1:1 with technology, and our students do not all have access to personal technology / devices. I am a teacher that is part of the at risk population, and I have some students who are also at-risk, and I want to be able to provide every precaution possible for all our safety.
