Currently, my students are required to stay at their desks for long periods of time throughout the day. Wobble chairs will allow them to wiggle and wobble as they work. As students are able to wiggle and move, their ability to concentrate on assigned tasks and instructions will increase, and they will be more successful. Having a set of wobble chairs will help my students focus for longer periods of time, especially as we read and write. First Grade Superheroes have SUPER amounts of energy and this project will help them control some of their energy while learning! These chairs will be used for students whose ability to focus is limited by their attention span and innate need to move.
