I am in need of flexible seating for my classroom to enhance student learning. Many students struggle with paying attention or sitting safely in a traditional chair.
With flexible seating, students will be able to sit comfortably and pay attention. This will increase student learning and allow for students to help regulate themselves. Many of my students come from traumatic experiences and need a safe outlet. Flexible seating will allow them to get out their extra energy in a positive manner while learning. This will allow for less behaviors in the classroom and better retention of information. This will help all of my students, not just the ones needing the flexible seating.
